Dr Andrew Wright MBBS, DipRACOG, FRACGP, Masters in Public Health & Tropical Medicine Andrew enjoys dealing with the variety of medical problems which present to general practice. He has over 25 years experience in family practice, including seven years in a rural community in Tasmania. He has special interests in children’s health, travel medicine, tropical and public health. Andrew has worked regularly in the emergency department at the Mater Children’s Hospital for ten years. He has travelled to Africa on several occasions to be involved in rural health clinics and voluntary hospital work. Andrew worked for 10 years in the emergency department of the Mater Childrens Hospital. He is a GP supervisor and trainer working with other doctors in our practice to provide teaching and mentoring to future General Practitioners.
