Canning Vale Medical Centre provides quality care and services to the patients of our practice. It also creates a working environment for our staff that is characterised by friendliness, care and respect.

The surgery offers excellent quality care for all of our patients; we always try to offer appointments to our patients that day or the following day. We provide pleasant surroundings for them to wait for their appointments to see the doctor of their choice. We also have available longer appointments for patients that require an extended visit.

In return, we expect our patients to cancel appointments within a timely manner so that the appointment can be made available to another patient. Failure to do this will incur a non-cancellation fee, this is not refundable by Medicare. We would appreciate our patients being tolerant if the doctor is sometimes running late for your appointment; becoming abusive to the reception staff will not be tolerated. Aggressive and threatening remarks or any offensive gestures will result in termination of your care by the medical centre.

We are a private billing practice and appreciate accounts paid in full on the day of the consultation; we have full eftpos facilities for your convenience. We can also refund the Medicare Rebate directly into your bank account once paid.
