As we provide a comprehensive general practice service, we have a responsibility to develop an appropriate management plan for any problem you present to us. We will refer you to specialists when necessary.

Home Visits:

 Home visits are available for regular patients whose medical condition prevents them from attending the surgery. As this does take longer please let us know as soon as possible.

Test Results: 

It is your responsibility to contact the surgery for test results. Most results are back within 2 working days. Please phone after 10am for results. It may be necessary to attend the practice to receive your results - the Doctor will discuss this with you.

Referrals/Sick Certificates & Prescriptions:For your safety and for medico legal reasons you will need to see a doctor for all of the above.

If you do not understand what is said or do not fully understand the nature of your problem, please ask. We believe it is essential that you understand your problem and how Doctors can promote your recovery and well-being. 

Fees

This practice direct bills Medicare for all eligible patients.  Please ensure you have your Medicare card with you at each visit.

WorkCover and Insurance visits are billed to the patient as it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they are paid.
