We are a family-owned general practice providing quality health care on the Sunshine Coast since 1998. We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Fees

• All children under 16 years old, and holders of a valid Centrelink Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or DVA Repatriation Health Card (Gold) will continue to be bulk-billed, except for after hours visits.
• Holders of a DVA Repatriation Health Card (White) are bulk-billed for eligible items only.
• All diagnostic and treatment procedures (eg excision of skin lesions, performing ECG or Spirometry) are bulk-billed.
• Bulk-billing is not available for after-hours services.

For those not eligible for bulk-billing, the following fees will apply:

• Standard Consultation (less than 20 minutes): $65.00 (Medicare rebate = $36.60)
• Long Consultation (20 minutes to 39 minutes): $95.00 (Medicare rebate = $70.30)
• If you are experiencing problems paying for your consultation, please discuss this with your doctor.

Some items cannot be billed to Medicare. These include pre-employment medicals, insurance medicals, commercial drivers licence medicals, reports for insurance companies or legal reports, and travel vaccines.

Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. Due to the number of patients failing to attend their appointments, we have introduced a "Failure to Attend Fee". Should you fail to attend two consecutive appointments, you will be charged a $40 fee which must be paid before you can make further appointments. This fee cannot be billed to Medicare or DVA.
