OUR PRACTICE
Randwick Medical is a fully accredited general practice.
We aim to provide the highest standard of medical care to all individuals and families in the community. 
Our friendly receptionists are available to make bookings or assist in any way.
All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.  

TRAVEL CLINIC
We are a specialised Travel clinic and provide a full travel and health service for all your travel needs.
 
SKIN CLINIC
We recommend regular skin cancer checks for our patients. Dr Kemp has special expertise in this area.

ALLIED HEALTH
St Vincents Pathology is located on site. No appointment is necessary.
Patients can also access a range of allied health professionals including Clinical Psychologists and Physiotherapists on site.  

APPOINTMENTS 
Please ring  9399 6327 for an appointment. 
If you require a long appointment please let our receptionists know. 
Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly. 
If your usual doctor is not available, one of our other doctors would be happy to see you.

HOME VISITS
Home visits are available for regular patients if you are too sick to come to the surgery.

AFTER-HOURS
For after-hours care please ring the Eastern Suburbs Medical Service on 1300 729 749.
In an emergency please dial 000 for an ambulance or proceed to your nearest hospital.

TELEPHONE POLICY 
You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours.  To minimise disruption to consultations Doctors will usually return phone calls at the end of each working session.
Emergency calls will always be attended to immediately. 

SCRIPTS AND REFERRALS 
Scripts and referrals are completed at the time of consultation to ensure good medical care.  If the doctor agrees to provide a script or referral outside of consultation 48 hours notice will be required. A small fee will be charged for this service.

FEES 
We bulk-bill Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and Repatriation patients.
In most other cases we charge a fee in accordance with AMA recommendations.  
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.
