Annandale North Family Practice is a family oriented medical practice that has been continuously in operation and serving the Annandale community for 24 years, with many patients first seen in infancy now going on to have their own families.

Staff believe that continuity of care and easy availability is very important for good communication and safe medical practice. You won’t have to repeatedly explain your medical history to a series of doctors at this practice.

Location & FacilitiesAnnandale North Family Practice is located near the corner of Johnston St and Piper Street South, Annandale NSW. The practice is situated in a comfortable renovated terrace next to Hinsby Park and is locatd approximately 200 metres north of the main Johnston Street Shopping Centre. Inside the practice, the waiting room is spacious and contains a variety of up to date magazines and other reading material. There is also a children’s play area with toys and books.

The practice is fully computerised, facilitating easy access to Medicare refunds without any need to attend a Medicare office or post a claim. Child immunisations are electronically notified to the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.

Pathology is collected from a centre 100m away and radiology and other imaging services are located nearby. All diagnostic services other than MRI are bulk billed to Medicare.

Please note: Medicare Bulk billing is only available to pensioners, children and Centrelink health care card holders.

The standard consultation fee is $77.00. Patients covered by Medicare receive a $37.05 rebate that we can credit directly to your bank account.
