Dr Andrina Chien

Health and wellness have always been a vital element to my life.

My areas of special interest are women’s health, pediatrics, athletics, family wellness and nutrition. Over many years I have developed my knowledge in these areas through post graduate work.  I am committed to serving an exceptional experience to everyone, including infants, children, families, athletes and seniors.

My early experiences with Chiropractic inspired me to want to help other people. After 5 years of study, I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors, from Murdoch University. I also received the award in my year for clinical imaging (X-ray). Since that time I have worked in two clinics, in Karrinyup and Leeming, before creating Openspace.

I have a passion for holistic health! In 2005 I completed my training as a Craniosacral therapist with the Upledger Institute, and I am a qualified Reiki practitioner. Also I am a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and member of KYTANZ (Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association).

In 2011 I started teaching at Murdoch University in the role of supervising clinician, and I was voted the WA Young Chiropractor of the Year, by the Chiropractic Association of Australia (CAA WA).  I was a director on the board of the CAA WA in 2007 and 2008.

It is a privilege to help people experience optimal health. I love taking care of my client’s children, and their children’s children. It is so rewarding to see generations of a family at a time improving their quality of life.   

We believe that the maintenance of health is far superior to the treatment of disease, and our mission is to inspire our clients to be healthier human beings who live life to the fullest.
