The Warner Family Medical Practice is an accredited GP Practice with a 14 year history of caring for your health in the heart of your local community. We are easily accessed by public transport with Thompson's bus service stopping outside our practice on Samsonvale Road.

When you come in for your appointment please bring your Medicare and Pension cards. New patients will need to complete an information form. We are a mixed billing practice, bulk billing children under 16, aged, disability and carer's pensioners, and look forward to welcoming you at our Practice.
